Biography
Maree Gosper was appointed in January 2004 as Senior Lecturer in Academic Development with responsibility for eLearning.
Prior to this appointment Maree held academic appointments at:
- Centre for Flexible Learning, Macquarie University covering Assistant Director (Academic), Manager of Online Education Services and Educational Developer;
- Centre for Higher Education and Professional Development, Macquarie University;
- Department of Physics, University of Technology, Sydney as coordinator of a first year physics laboratory renewal project;
- Faculty of Science, University of South Australia as Lecturer in Mathematics
During her academic career she has taught undergraduate and postgraduate classes in mathematics, curriculum development, teaching, learning and evaluation; held positions as a research assistant; and taught mathematics and science in New South Wales state high schools. Her more recent experience encompasses the development, implementation and evaluation of teaching programs designed to make effective use of information and communication technologies.
